Sullivan Renaissance - Program intended to enhance the appearance of Sullivan County while fostering community development and collaboration. Sullivan Renaissance is a beautification and community development program that provides communities in Sullivan County with seed money for beautification projects. A limited number of proposals are funded each year under a competitive process overseen by the Sullivan Renaissance program. For the most part, the will make grants to 501(c)(3) charities and/other organizations to facilitate the beautification program; however, the will, at times, incur direct expenditures related to the beautification projects. On Part XV of the Form 990-PF, a variety of grants are listed to organizations that are not public charities. For the year ending December 31, 2021, expenditure responsibility reporting was maintained for these grants, which are included in Statement 13.

LABOR UNION

provides sales training to women, immigrant, and minority business owners. Our activities include: Monthly sales workshops: These are provided free of charge in partnership with Community Development Financial Institutions. Volunteer sales professionals work with the business owners on their sales strategy and process. WIM Summit: This is a 3 day intensive that allows diverse business owners to learn sales by doing. They learn about using a CRM for sales tracking, they design a website sales page, and receive 1 on 1 coaching on their sales strategy. The women, immigrant, and minority business owners also receive instruction from other successful business owners who have graduated from our programs. Sales Accelerator Program: This 12 week program provides diverse business owners the opportunity to learn the fundamental sales skills. They write their sales strategy include ideal customer profile, sales offer, sales channel, and conversion method.

The Auto , founded in 1907, was formed to be a service organization for new car dealerships and affiliated businesses. It is our function to provide services, educational opportunities and promote the annual auto show. As part of the show, a charitable organization was established that raises funds for charities in the community. We also provide seminars on subjects of importance and OSHA training for dealership personnel. The Auto staff work with dealership personnel on matters of importance such as education, understanding health insurance and voluntary benefits that are needed. The handles issues with the Department of Motor Vehicles and any regulatory agency that impacts their business. The mission of this organization is to provide, as needed, information, regulations and issues that will impact the new car , affiliated members and their staffs.
